Virtual 1:1 Meetings consist of psychoeducation, socratic dialogue, and self-reflection.

Meetings facilitate the space for insightful breakthroughs, self-compassion, understanding, and meaning-making to further the relational resilience.

Using the core Rays of Resilience, sessions are uniquely tailored to assist couples connections and growth areas in the relationship. Supports the couple who might be experiencing stressors related to life transitions, communication challenges, and/or misunderstandings.

 

Ideal for couples who are hoping to explore new ways to grow together through their partnership. Typically offers one to five sessions to foster skills addressing:
